Solvent and Lots of Paper Towels
Gamsol 

Tip: I use two large cleaning jars and plenty of paper towels to insure that my brushes are thoroughly clean throughout the painting process. 
You don't want muddy colors!

Tip: I use clover oil added with a doper to extend the life of the oils on the palette.

Tip: If you need an affordable alternative from expensive canvases/panels, purchase some inexpensive canvases or panels and apply a coat or two with Gamlin Oil Ground, Rublev Lead Primer or Williamsburg Lead Oil Ground.
