Sierra’s latest series explores the seasons of the garden and the gardener. With much love and patience, each mark of the pruner and paint brush…and a little imagination…a new bloom appears. Today, I will linger with the fresh rose buds, twisting vines, wilting leaves and pedals…embracing the season. I will choose to notice one beautiful thing that I can’t preserve. I will receive it, enjoy it, then let it pass with gratitude.
…is it possible to explore deep spiritual truths thru nature, poetry and paint?
To help answer that question, she invites many of her old friends like Beatrix, Vincent, Monet, Bischoff as well as many poets to help create her series. These artists give Sierra endless inspiration in creating an impression that is bold, romantic and imaginative.
Do you see the cycles of life? The paths that call for exploration? The skies that let your imagination flow? Maybe something a little heavenly, enchanting or poetic?
